Labor & postpartum package
Includes
- Two 1-2 hour prenatal visits
- 24/7 phone/text support
- On call 2 weeks before/ 2 weeks after estimated due date
- 12 hours of continuous labor and birth support
- 1-2 hours of support after delivery
- 1 postpartum visit around a week after delivery

Postpartum support
Includes:
- Self care treatments (running baths, relaxing foot massages, )
- Birth debrief
- Light household chores (dishes, laundry, vacuuming, etc)
- Grocery runs
- Baby soothing
- Baby wearing
- Help with lactation
$35/ hour daytime support
$45/ hour overnight support
Prenatal support
Includes:
- Answering any questions and concerns associated with birth
Discussing your birth preferences (unmedicated, medicated, hospital, birth center, home birth)
- Putting together a "birth plan"
- Discussing pain relieving techniques and labor positions and how they help you during labor
- Chatting with partners about how they can work with you to support you in the best way
$100 per visit
